Refund Policy

NOT YET FALLEN IN LOVE? WE ACCEPT RETURNS

All returns are subject to inspection. Damaged returns may result in store credit. Any return request made more than 10 business days after the delivery date will not be refunded. We accept returns for all our unopened products (with the exception of sampling kits and individual samples, which are non-refundable and final sale).

We can only accept returns if the protective sealing is fully intact and the product is in perfect condition. We reserve the right to deny returns if the products show signs of opening and/or use.

You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to the Hermetica Paris US warehouse. Items lost in transit will not be compensated. Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at your own expense. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within 10 days of the return of the product, to the original purchaser's payment method. Please note that additional duties and/or customs taxes will not be refunded, nor will shipping costs.
