These conditions govern the sale of perfumes and other products by us.hermetica.com to private individuals; this website is intended exclusively for private individuals. The conditions set out below concern only us.hermetica.com and are not related to any conditions applied in physical stores. Hermetica Paris US reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions. The date of the latest update is shown at the end of these terms. Users are responsible for keeping themselves informed of any such changes.

We do not guarantee that all items available on the us.hermetica.com online shop are in stock at the time of your order. In the event of an incorrect stock balance affecting your order, we will contact you by phone or email. Hermetica Paris US cannot warrant that the content of us.hermetica.com is at all times free of inaccuracies or typographical errors, nor that all information is up to date. Hermetica Paris US may at any time change the content of the site and the items available in the product range. Although Hermetica Paris US strives to always display correct texts, images and prices on the site and web shop, errors may occur. If you have been charged the wrong amount when shopping from the web shop, we will offer you the option of placing a new order at the correct price or cancelling your order. Payment and prices

We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard and American Express, as well as PayPal. The full amount is charged on the date of purchase (i.e. when you confirm your purchase). All prices are in USD.

Shipping

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to every country. You can obtain a full list of the countries to which we do not deliver by sending an email to contactusa@hermetica.com. Delivery times, methods and costs are detailed in our Shipping policy.

Delivery and returns

Within 14 days following the delivery of your order, you may request the exchange or refund of items, which you must return to us unused and accompanied by the original invoice. Returns will only be accepted if the labels and original packaging are fully intact. Hermetica Paris US Online Store cannot accept returns where labels have been removed. You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to the Hermetica Paris US Online Store. Items lost in transit will not be compensated. Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer's expense. However, Hermetica Paris US Online Store will not charge additional shipping on exchanges. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product, to the original purchaser's payment method. Additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded, nor will shipping costs. All exchanges are subject to availability. Faulty items will be exchanged for the same type of product, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 14-day period following delivery. Items cannot be exchanged or refunded in our physical stores. Full details are set out in our Refund policy.

Violation of these terms

Hermetica Paris US reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these terms and conditions, including the right to block access to the site. Individuals violating the restrictions of password-protected areas of the site may be subject to prosecution.

Force majeure

In the event of force majeure, the obligations of Hermetica Paris US are suspended. The contract between you and Hermetica Paris US may in such cases be partially or fully terminated by either party. Force majeure includes events such as war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockade, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events. Hermetica Paris US will, under such circumstances, do everything possible to resolve the matter for our customers as quickly and completely as possible.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, USA, and you agree that the state and federal courts located in New York, New York have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising under this agreement. Additional legal requirements may apply to your use of this website depending on your location. You must comply with all applicable local, state and federal laws and regulations regarding your use of our website.
