Poor customer service

Made a purchase and it arrived leaking. I reached out to make a return. 10 business days later I emailed regarding my return since I had not heard anything and tracking said it was delivered to them. The email I response I got was that it could take up to 15 business days for refunds. So I emailed again a few days later and they said it can take up to 30 days to receive my refund. Today is day 29 and still no refund!

Improvements: Tell U.K. residents about the import tax and that they can avoid this by buying from the U.K. distributor.

Wonderful Perfume

If you are in the U.K. buy from Harvey Nicolls not from Paris as you’ll have to pay an additional £40 import tax.
