These terms regulates all users of www.hermetica.com. They will be valid for all your future transactions with Hermetica and visits to www.hermetica.com. These conditions regulate sales of perfumes or other products by hermetica.com to private individuals. This website is destined exclusively to private individuals. The conditions of sales mentioned hereafter concern only www.hermetica.com and are not related to any other conditions as for as those which are applied in stores. Hermetica reserve the right to revise these terms and conditions. The date of the latest update is found at the end of the Terms and Conditions. Users are responsible for keeping themselves updated with such changes.

Disclaimer

We do not guarantee that all the items available at the hermetica.com online shop are in stock at the time of your order. In the case of incorrect stock balance affecting your order we will contact you by phone or by e-mail. Hermetica cannot warrant that the content of hermetica.com is at all time free of inaccuracies or typographical errors. Neither can we guarantee that all information is up-to-date. Hermetica may at any time change the content of the site and the items available in the product range. Though Hermetica strive to always display the correct texts, images and pricing in the site and web shop, errors may occur. If you have been charged the wrong amount when shopping from the web shop, we will give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price or canceling your order. If we are unable to get in touch with you, your order will be automatically cancelled. Part of the services mediated through www.hermetica.com are performed and concerned for by outside organizations. In situations where Hermetica act as agent for such services, we cannot be held responsible for any errors resulting from their activities. Hermetica cannot be held responsible for any damage caused from using the site or not being able to use the site. Hermetica cannot guarantee a problem-free, uninterrupted and secure access to the web site.

Our trade marks include (amongst others) the Hermetica name and logo. These trademarks may be used or registered in more than one country and your use of this web site does not grant you any rights to use our trademarks.

Security

Hermetica use Secure Socket Layers (SSL), the industry standard in transferring information to process your orders. www.hermetica.com uses the Thawte SSL Certificates to offer secure communications by encrypting all data to and from the site. When placing an order, you can immediately check the security validity by clicking the Thawte icon at checkout.

Payment and Prices

We accept payments by Visa, Eurocard, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. The full amount will be charged on the date of the purchase (i.e. when you confirm your purchase). All prices are including French VAT. Any shipping fees will be added while proceeding with your order confirmation based on the delivery address. Hermetica reserves the right to modify the prices of products at any time prior notice.

Delivery and Returns

We accept returns for all our products (except sampling kits) up to 28 days after reception of the parcel. Returns will only be accepted if the protective sealing is fully intact and the product in perfect condition. We reserve the right to deny returns if the products shows signs of opening and/or use. You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to Hermetica warehouse. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for. Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer's expense. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within 14 days upon the return of the product to the original purchaser’s credit card. Note that additional duties and/or custom taxes will not be refunded. Neither will shipping costs. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund. Please note that we don't accept returns at physical Hermetica point of sales for products that have been purchased on Hermetica Site.

Violation of rules

Hermetica reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to block access to the site. Individuals violating the restriction of password protected areas of the site may be subject to prosecution.

Force Majeure

In case of Force Majeure, Hermetica’s obligations are procrastinated. The contract between you and Hermetica can in such cases be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by Hermetica. A Force Majeure is at the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events. Hermetica will under such circumstances do all we can to solve the matter for our customers as soon and entirely as possible.

Governing Law

These terms of use are construed in accordance with French law and you agree that the French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute under this agreement. The laws of your country may be different from the laws in France and there may be additional legal requirements for you to use this website. You must comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations regarding your use of our website.
